This was a project which was started before Katrina in 2005. Cleint wanted to replace a faciltiy which had been built in the late 1950's. In prespective with the City of Pascagoula, this on e be one of the first major projects in the central business district in over ten years.The courtyard area is where the orginal facility stood.
